WELCOME BEAUTIFUL! I'M SO GLAD THAT YOU FOUND ME!

BEFORE YOUR SERVICE

I will greet you with a warm welcome and give you a tour of the salon. It is my goal to help you feel comfortable, safe and relaxed here.

I will also have you fill out a guest intake form and let you choose your beverage and/or snack preference.

(I thoroughly sanitize my workspace so that it is ready for you to sit in my chair.

A thorough consultation is given, and a plan will customized according to your face shape, to create a haircut and/or color that will go perfectly with your features.

We'll also be discussing not just the plan for today, but also your goals longterm.

(Even if you've been to me multiple times- you will still get a thorough consultation from me! (Because who knows, maybe you'll want to switch it up sometime, right?!)

I care about each of my guests and want them to feel important and special.

That is why I spend the extra time with you.

DURING THE SERVICE
If you're getting your hair colored, I will mix up your custom color and it will be applied.
I have luxury amenities for you to enjoy while your color is processing.
Once your color is done with processing, we will begin with a relaxing shampoo with head and neck massage. Then we will do your haircut.

While blow drying, I will teach you how to get a great blowout;

and educate you about the products I have customly chosen for your hair needs.

Before we're finished, I will give you the mirror so that you can see your hair up close- even in the back. (I am pretty particular when it comes to doing hair). I will make sure that you're happy with it before you leave.

Now you'll be ready to recreate the look we've given you- once you're at home!

BETWEEN VISITS

I will keep a record of what services and colors we used for the day.

I care about my guests' satisfaction, and will usually follow up with you via phone call, text, or email a few days after your visit, to see how you are doing with your new look- and products (even if you've been to me multiple times).

It makes me so happy you when I follow up with you- and hear how much you love your new hair, and how beautiful you feel!

There you will fill out an online form. Click on "Submit".
Once I receive the form, I will see which service will best be suited for your needs, and will email you back within 24 hours to set up an appointment with you!
