CANCELLING OR RESCHEDULING 
YOUR APPOINTMENT:

I know that life sometimes gets in the way. That’s why I try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancelling or rescheduling appointments.
I’ll do my best to set up a better time slot for you, no questions asked.
 

If you need to cancel or reschedule- please do so within 72-24 hours before your appointment.
(Simply click on the appointment confirmation text or email you received, and edit from there.)
If you didn't get a text or email confirmation, contact me (via "contact" on this site)
 If you cancel with less than 24 hours to go, I will have to charge a $25 fee before your next appointment will be accepted.
ARRIVING LATE TO APPOINTMENTS:
If you are someone who usually arrives
late to your appointment (continually) I will need to charge you a fee to make up for lost time.
I ask that when booking your appointment- please select "more time"
(in my appointment services menu) this will add $15 and 15 minutes to your appointment time, so we don't run over your allotted service time- and into someone else's appointment. 

HAIR THAT TAKES LONGER:
If your hair usually takes longer to do than the normal scheduled appointment time, due to thicker/ longer hair etc. please select "more time" (in my appointment services menu) to add 15 minutes to your appointment time. Then we won't run over your allotted service time- and into someone else's appointment.

REDO/ REFUNDS
IF you have a concern about a service that I did for you, you MUST 
contact me about it within 5 days via email. I will work with you to get something resolved the best that I can. I want you to be happy with your results. (After 5 days, it's not valid)

If you don't use proper products to take care of you hair that I suggest during our appointment, I cannot guarantee my work.

COVID-19
Wearing a mask is no longer required, but can be worn if desired.
 
BEFORE your appointment, please evaluate yourself.
1. Have you had any symptoms of Covid-19 including fever, headaches, loss of taste or smell, low energy, body aches or pains, etc.?
2. Have you been in contact with anyone who has Covid-19? Or recently had it within the last (2 weeks or less)?
IF YOUR ANSWER IS YES TO ANY OF THESE, PLEASE RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT FOR 2 WEEKS FROM THE DATE YOU NOTICED ANY SYMPTOMS OR CAME IN CONTACT WITH SOMEONE WHO HAS, OR HAD COVID. THANK YOU
